The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. phspim is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate Account information provided by the User.
2.5 KYC Verification. phspim is required to verify the identity of all registered Users. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID) and any additional documentation requested by phspim as part of the KYC process. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or full Platform access.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phspim Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
3.2 You must notify phspim immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach. phspim will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where the User failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.
3.3 phspim Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any other person.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phspim accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and PESONet. Available payment methods may change from time to time at phspim's discretion.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on the phspim Platform is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the phspim Platform, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. phspim reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Own Funds. You represent that all funds deposited into your phspim Wallet are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. phspim complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the phspim Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phspim is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

5.2 Bonus Funds are separate from real-money Wallet balances. Wagering requirements must be met before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn as real money.
5.3 phspim reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses — will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

10.1 The phspim Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phspim makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phspim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10.3 phspim's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the claim.
phspim reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination for cause, phspim may withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Upon termination without cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the phspim Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. phspim encourages Users to contact [email protected] in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally before initiating formal proceedings.
